In seiner Installation „Grenzgewölbe“ fordert Schmitt das Publikum auf, sich mit ihm auf eine mentale Reise zu begeben. Das Bild eines illusorischen Raummodells lässt sich gedanklich betreten. Es ist eine digitale 3D Simulation eines virtuellen Raums und veranschaulicht eine von Schmitt entwickelte psychologische Methode zur Bewusstwerdung unbewusster Strukturen und der Integration visuellen Denkens. Die Betrachter*innen können im Video durch Schmitts Anleitung einen Weg zu ihrem inneren und unbewussten Tresor finden und dessen Inhalt befreien. Unbewusste Komplexe und Blockaden sind in diesem Tresor zu finden, ebenso die Potentiale des freien und kreativen Denkens. Im Metabolismus des Selbst und der Welt können sich die Menschen transformieren und in ihrer Fantasie kreativ handeln und ein leichtes und freischwebendes gedankliches Kunstwerk erschaffen. Auf diesem Weg können Sie neue Werte, kreativen Reichtum und „Soft-Kapital“ generieren.

In his installation "Grenzgewölbe", Schmitt invites the audience to join him on a mental journey. The image of an illusory spatial model can be entered mentally. It is a digital 3D simulation of a virtual room and illustrates a psychological method developed by Schmitt to raise awareness of unconscious structures and the integration of visual thinking. In the video, viewers can find a way to their inner and unconscious safe and free its contents through Schmitt's guidance. Unconscious complexes and blockages can be found in this safe, as well as the potentials of free and creative thinking. In the metabolism of the self and the world, people can transform themselves and act creatively in their imagination, creating a light and free-floating mental work of art. On this path you can generate new values, creative wealth and "soft capital".
